A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Egbeda Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, Hon Oluwasegun Akinsanya has joined the call for the youth to stay off any form of protest as it stands a grave risk of dipping our beloved country further into economic turmoil.
In a statement made available on Monday, Hon Akinsanya highlighted the potential risk that may befall the country if the protest is continued as planned as it may consequently have more devastating effect on the economy.
‘I clearly understand the pains of our countrymen. All over the globe, peaceful demonstration have always been the civil way to express dissatisfaction with government policies, however it is imperative that we trade caution with the process so that it will not go out of hand or be hijacked by hoodlums and detractors.
“Youth must maintain civility and order during this hard time to avoid loss of lives and property of Nigerian.
