The lawmaker representing Ekiti Central in the Senate Assembly, Sen. Opeyemi Bamidele has been announced as the Majority Leader of the 10th Senate.
The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio announced Bamidele as the Senate Leader at the Tuesday’s plenary. Akpabio also announced Senator David Ndume as Deputy Majority Leader and Sen. Ali Ndume as the Senate Chief Whip while Sen. Lola Ashiru is the Deputy Chief Whip.
Sen. Akpabio also announced the Minority Leadership of the 10th Senate with Sen. Simon Mwadkon as the Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Oyewumi Olalere was announcd as the Senate Deputy Minority Leader.
He also announced Sen. Darlington Nwokocha as the Senate Minority Whip and Sen. Rufai Hanga as the Senate Deputy Minority Whip.
