The Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has set September 16 2023 as the Judgement date for the Peter Obi and Labour Party’s case against Bola Tinubu, INEC, Shettima and APC.
September 16 is also the Judgement date for the PDP’s case of Atiku against APC, INEC and Tinubu.
We should not also forget that September 16th is the last day of the given 180 day for the Presidential Elections tribunal Tribunal.
