Engr Saheed Adeyemi Oladele (SAO), a Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) from Ibarapa Central/North federal constituency has congratulated Hon Sarafadeen Olaoniye Bibiire on the occasion of his birthday celebration while eulogising his rare leadership skills as well as motivational and exemplary character.
