A federal representative hopeful from Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency, Engr Saheed Adeyemi Oladele (SAO) has congratulated Christians on the celebration of Easter, reminding that the festive is a moment to express love and reflect on the death and resurrection of Jesus.
Engr Saheed Oladele stated this in a statement made available on Sunday where he described the end of the Lenten season and celebration of Easter as a season of prayer, love and a cornerstone of the Christian faith which holds significance in their everyday life.
“I express my heartfelt felicitation with the Christian faithful on the end of the Lenten season and rejoice wholeheartedly on the celebration of Easter which poignantly marks moments for love and prayers as well as the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
“Easter is also a moment to deeply reflect and uphold strongly the messages of Christ which preaches love, endurance and peaceful coexistence within ourselves.
Engr SAO also prayed for unending grace, development and progress for the people of his constituency, that every individual may live to witness improved living standards and blessings from the celebration of the resurrection of the Lord.
“I pray that the blessings of this Easter period come upon every home across Ibarapaland, that monumental development and progress befall our people and communities. So that we may all witness improved living standards and blessings from this noble celebration of Easter.
