House of Rep Seek Solution to Banditry, Racketeering in MDAs and JAMB Results Manipulation

The House of Representatives has urged the Federal Government to initiate a coordinated Joint Security Operation that will address recurring cases of banditry in affected parts of the country.

This follows several motions bothering on insecurity moved by members of the House.

National Assembly Correspondent Mitaire Ikpen reporters that members of the House of Reprentatives are greatly concerned about the rate of banditry and insecurity in some part of the country. He said the House at Wednesday’s plenary also resolved to investigate alleged employment racketeering in Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies, as well as the controversy of alleged manipulation of JAMB result involving a candidate Miss Mmesoma Ejikeme.
