The President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Joe Ajaero along with official of the labour centre including TUC and NURTW have assembled at the Unity Fountain at Abuja for a protest.
Our report gathered that association present in the protest include National President of the Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Universities, Muhammed Ibrahim, Executives of Academic Staff Union of Nigeria Universities, National Road and Transport Workers among others are currently at the location to protest increment of fuel prices and the inability of President Tinubu administration to provide a short solution to policies which are termed “unfriendly” and “anti-poor”.
