The NLC affirms that the rally will continue, following an emergency meeting with the Federal Government.
The President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Joe Ajaero in a short statement confirmed that the protest will continue as planned.
“The rally goes on and it is part of their constitutional responsibility to ensure that the rally is peaceful.”
The NLC President made the statement following a meeting with government representatives ahead of the planned protest.
