An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and aspirant for Oyo State House of Assembly (OYHA) from Ona Ara Local Government, Hon Olufemi Adebayo has shared his felicitation message in commemoration of the 54th Birthday celebration of Oloye Adebayo Adelabu.
