A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency in Oyo State, Prince (Hon.) Ashimiu Afeez-Adio has reiterated his full support for the candidates of the party in the forthcoming Local Governments elections in April.
Prince Afeez-Adio made this known when he sent a solidarity message to all the candidates assuring them of his full contribution towards their campaign and elections processes.
According to the statement, Prince Ashimiu assured all the candidates in the two local government councils of his invaluable contributions, which includes the Chairmanship candidates and the entire councillors in both Egbeda and Ona-Ara local governments.
“I want to express my unalloyed support to all the candidates of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) on preparation towards the upcoming Oyo State Local Government elections in April.” Prince Adio stated.
“As my utmost concern revolves around progressivism, hence, I heartily throw my full weight behind all the candidates of Oyo APC vying for the LG Chairmanship and Councillorship, and more specifically behind all the APC candidates in Egbeda and Ona-Ara Local Government.” he added.
Hon Adio thereafter reassured of his human and financial support for Hon. Ismail Babatunde Oyetunde, also known as Akanni Ere, the Chairmanship candidate in Ona-Ara LG as well as his running mate, Hon. Olalekan Ajagbe. He also made mention of all the councillorship candidates from both local government and particularly the Ward 7 councillor from Ona-Ara LG, Hon. Kareem Abibat Olabisi popularly known as Arikeade.
“They can be rest assured of my personal and team support in this coming election, which includes both human and financial terms, specifically to our Chairmanship candidate in Ona-Ara LG, Hon. Ismail Babatunde Oyetunde popularly known as Akanni Ere and his running mate, Hon. Olalekan Ajagbe, I wish them nothing but success in this project.” Prince Adio added.
Prince Adio assured them that victory is the goal for all the APC candidates in Egbeda/Ona-Ara LGs as the party is even better prepared than ever.
“I also want to reassure all our ward councillors in Egbeda and Ona-Ara LG that victory is rest assured with all hands fully on deck to see to the actualisation of this coming election and also to my ward seven (7) councillor, Hon. Kareem Abibat Olabisi also known as Arikeade that victory is our only option in the election.
“Furthermore, it is imperative that I reiterate my commitment to the fruition of this election to favor all our candidates in Ona-Ara Local Government and beyond.” Prince Adio added.
