A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Ibarapa, Engr Saheed Adeyemi Oladele (SAO) has called on the youth in Oyo State to exercise patience with President Bola Tinubu led government in it continues in its strides to revive the national economy.
Engr SAO made this statement on Monday, when he acknowledged the pains of the average Nigerian Youth especially with the poor state of the economy and low employment rate in the country. He however warned on the huge consequences of starting a protest that may further bring harm and destruction to our national properties and thus have a negative impact on the economy.
‘I urge all youth in the country to exercise patience with this President Bola Tinubu led government as it continues in its giant strides and many positive initiatives to revive the economy. There is no controversy against the backdrop that Nigerians are going through a hard time with the poor state of the economy and low employment rate.
“However, it is imperative we understand the core consequences from having a violent protest that if not well managed, may lead to destruction of government properties and national assets that may further plunge us to further economic woes and instability.” Engr SAO stated.
