A prominent Ibadan businessman and politician, Chief Yekinni Adeojo, is dead.
He died in the early hours of Friday.Chief Yekinni Adeoyo was a founding member of Oyo PDP and also a former National Deputy Chairman of the PDP.
Before his death, Chief Yekinni Adeoyo was a founding member of Oyo PDP and also a former National Deputy Chairman of the PDP.
Adeojo contested the 1999 governorship election of Oyo State under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and lost to his fellow Ibadan kinsman, late Alhaji Lamidi Adesina of the Alliance of Democracy, AD.
Chief Adeojo is also the father of the executive chairman of ido local government Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo and the Chairman Oyo State Water Corporation, Hon. Elias Adeojo
Though details of his death are still unknown, he is expected to be buried today according to Islamic rites today Friday.
