As a means to enforce their directive and punish offenders who went against the labour union order of peaceful protest, some members who were seen on duty were beaten and manhandled by the protesters.
According to our report, some non-protesting civil servants from Oyo State were molested for going against the order of the labour union by resuming to their place of duty today.
Earlier on Monday in a viral video on the internet, some protesting Oyo civil servants were seen fuming over some of their colleagues who were not present at the protest, especially those who were on duty at the time of the protest. They bemoaned the act from their colleagues who went on with their duties and did not join them in the protest, audibly labelling it as totally unacceptable.
