“As Governor of our dear State, I have no doubt that your brother was a source of pride and support for you. Your brother’s passing is not only a loss for your family but also for the people of Oyo State, who will undoubtedly miss his contributions to his community. As someone who knows you,  I know how much you value family, and I can only imagine how much your brother meant to you.

“In times like these, words can seem inadequate, but I hope you find comfort in knowing that you and your family are not alone. We are all thinking of you and sending our deepest condolences.

“I also want you to take solace in the words of former South African President, Nelson Mandela: ‘When a man has done what he considers to be his duty to his people and his country, he can rest in peace…’, your brother has done his duty to you, his family and his community, he can  rest in peace.

“Once again, please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your beloved brother. May he rest in peace, and may his memory continue to inspire and guide you in the days ahead. May God grant you and his immediate family the strength and courage to bear this loss”.
