In continuation of the activities lined up to mark its 21st Anniversary slated for December 13th, 2025, The Royal Group (TRG) registered as ‘Egbe Omo Oba Alade Ile Ibadan’ has paid courtesy visits to the Chairman of Solutions FM, Chief Taofeek Adegboyega Adegoke and Chairman Oyo SUBEB, Dr Nureni Aderemi Adeniran who will be playing key roles in the grand finale of its celebration as the Chairman of the Occasion and Guest Lecturer respectively.
On Monday, November 4, a delegation from the planning committee visited the Chairman of the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Dr. Nureni Adeniran, who is billed to deliver the keynote address at the grand event. Receiving the team at his Agodi-Gate office, Dr. Adeniran, a respected scholar and former Commissioner for Education in Oyo State, expressed appreciation for being considered worthy of the role. He commended the group’s commitment to cultural heritage and community development, assuring them of his full participation before and during the proper.
In a similar vein, the committee was warmly received by Chief Adegboyega Taofeek, Chairman of Solutions FM and a renowned business magnate, at his Oke-Ado office. Chief Adegoke, who will be Chairing the grand finale, lauded the group’s consistency and impact over the past 21 years, pledging his full support.
The 21st Anniversary, themed “Repositioning Ibadan: Strengthening Community Bonds and Enhancing Strategic Private Participation for Sustainable Development,” will feature a series of impactful activities across the ancient city of Ibadan. Among the highlights are a charity visit and donation to a correctional center, a novelty football match, and a medical outreach aimed at giving back to the community.
The grand finale is expected to bring together dignitaries, traditional leaders, and members of the public as Egbe Omo-Oba Alade Ile-Ibadan continues its legacy of promoting culture, leadership, and service to humanity.
