The President, the entire Executive and members of The Royal Group (TRG), Ibadan have expressed their deepest congratulations to Barrister Ajeniyi Ajewole on his re-election as the President-General of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) as well as the entire members of the Executive team who got their well deserved second term in office under the united platform of the Consolidation Team.
The President-General made this statement in a congratulatory message sent to newsmen where the entire members of The Royal Group led by President Kamikun Akewula described Barrister Ajeniyi Ajewole reelection as a deserving and convincing victory that was obviously never in doubt, due to the numerous historic and unprecedented achievements that has befallen our dear Ibadan since his assumption as CCII PG.

“On behalf of the entire Executive team, Club members and Board of Trustees of The Royal Group of Ibadan (registered as ‘Egbe Omo Oba Alade Ile Ibadan’), I express our heartfelt congratulations to the President-General of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII), Barrister Ajeniyi Suleiman Ajewole and the entire Executive team on their well deserved reelection for a second term as the President-General and Executive members of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII).
“Your reelection as President-General along with the entire Consolidation team marks a continuation of all the magnificent development you have brought to Ibadanland. It was well deserved and quite convincing and needless to say, it was never in doubt even before the elections.
“In less than two years in government at the CCII, you have overseen major historic and unprecedented achievements on Ibadan, that have significantly helped to promote our deep culture and rich tradition in Ibadanland especially with the completion of the Ultramodern Olubadan Palace, arguably the most beautiful and palatial edifice in the entire Africa
“The emphatic victory at the election goes a long way to express the voice, oneness and direction of the people of Ibadan. It was a statement that boldly reflected the people’s approval and obvious appreciation of the many historic achievements of the CCII under your two-year reign.
