Barrister Akeem Agbaje, Oyo State APC chieftain and gubernatorial aspirant has share his condolences on the death of Babatunde Olaniyi popularly known as “Ti’o Common”
In a press release which he personally signed, Barrister Agbaje described “Ti’o Common” as a rare breed who was always ready to listen and help.
“Babatunde Olaniyi was a rare talent, a man of great conviction and selfless attitude. Our meeting was an happenstance but he allowed me share my vision with him, he shared in it and ran with it.
“Tunde was a man that was always ready to listen and help. He had a heart of gold, one that was given to helping others and not just for pecuniary gains.”
He described him further as a free-spirited and cheerful person, a man whose ebullient spirit was also infectious.
“You were called Ti O Common and indeed it is uncommon to find an acquaintance who was ready to stand as a friend and support like a brother. It is uncommon to find someone so free spirited and cheerful. Everywhere you went, your ebullient spirit was infectious. Your presence was like a switch, flicking on everywhere and lightening the atmosphere.” He said
“Your witty talent was uncommon and we are grateful to Almighty Allah for the impactful life you lived. Your exit is painful and your loss hurts so deeply. It is my earnest prayer that Almighty Allah will grant your soul peaceful eternal rest and comfort your family.” Agbaje said
