A federal representative hopeful from Ibarapa Central/North federal constituency, Engr Saheed Adeyemi Oladele (SAO) has congratulated Hon Rotimi Fagbire, a former secretary to the caretaker chairman for Ibarapa North LG, on his birthday where he lauded his exceptional leadership ability, rare character and community developmental strides which has helped to bring meaningful growth to Ibarapa.
Engr Saheed Oladele in his birthday message praised the Almighty God for the life of Hon Rotimi Fagbire while he described him as a mentor and inspiration to many youth adding that he has continued to demonstrate his leadership acumen and empowerment support zeal across the zone.
“It is with immense joy that I celebrate a capacity leader and former caretaker chairman for Ibarapa North LG, Hon Rotimi Fagbire on the occasion of his birthday marking a significant moment to celebrate a rare gem with an uncommon character who has remained steadfast in his commitment to the development of Ibarapaland.” Engr SAO said.
