The immediate past Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, and his colleague from Kaduna, Nasir El-Rufai, have made the list of ministerial nominees, also with former APC candidate in Oyo State, Adebayo Adelabu appeared on the first batch release this afternoon during the plenary.
Senate President, Godswill Akpabio read out the names of the first batch of ministers brought to the plenary by the Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to President Tinubu, which he handed over to the Senate President directly.
News247Naija learnt that President Bola Tinubu forwarded the ministerial list to the Senate in the wee hours of Thursday. The list comes two days before the President’s deadline as stipulated by the constitution as amended by the ninth Assembly.
