An All Progressives Congress (APC) party chieftain in Egbeda Ona Ara Federal Constituency, Hon. Oluwasegun Akanbi Akinsanya has commiserated with victims of the explosion that rocked parts of old Bodija area in Ibadan yesterday.
While speaking to newsmen today, 17th January 2024, Hon. Akinsanya described the explosion which has claimed many lives and a lot of property destroyed as saddening and unfortunate.
Hon. Akinsanya sends his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. He sympathizes with those who lost their property and urged the law-abiding citizens of the state to give their supports to the victims of the disaster.
‘I expect the state government to be on their toes to providing succour to the victims of the explosion and bring to book the perpetrators of the evil act.’ He said.
‘May God comfort the families of the victims and restore all that is lost to the incident.’ He prayed.
