The Oyo State government through the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Oyo State Investment and Public-Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA) has called for qualified local and international investors to submit Expression of Interest for the development, operation and management of some Oyo State tourist attraction centers like the Eleyele Lake, Ibadan Cultural Centre, Bower’s Tower, Iyake Lake and Idanre Hill.
This statement was made available on Monday through a press statement signed by Mr Tilewa Folami, the Director General for OYSIPA and Dr Wasiu Olatubosun, the Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Culture & Tourism stating that the arrangement will be under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
The statement confirms that the Oyo state government is seeking partners to finance, design, build, operate, and maintain these sites while ensuring sustainability, community inclusion, and strong return on investment.

The Expression of Interest is also open to single firms, consortia, or joint ventures with proven technical experience, financial capacity, and successful track records in tourism, hospitality, real estate, cultural asset management, or related infrastructure.
