The Nigeria Correctional Service has denied reports of relocating the controversial cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye also known as Bobrisky, from the Ikoyi custodial centre to the Kirikiri facility in Lagos State following his six-month prison sentence for disrespecting the naira notes.
Last weekend, it was quietly conveyed that Bobrisky had been relocated to Kirikiri Prison, where he was anticipated to serve out his sentence.
On Thursday, according to an official from NCoS, the individual remains confined at Ikoyi prison as the offense committed does not qualify for a transfer to a high-security facility where those serving life or death sentences
