The newly appointed deputy governors at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) have been assigned their new portfolios at the apex bank.
In their new role as deputy governors to the new CBN Governor, Olayemi Cardoso, they will be taxed with deputizing the governor to stabilize and build on the present state of the Nigerian economy. It will be recalled that Godwin Emefiele was suspended as CBN governor and he has since reportedly resigned from the office.
