The Nigerian military has indicated that it is considering offering a reward for information leading to the apprehension of individuals linked to the tragic deaths of 17 soldiers in the Okuama community of Delta State.
As the military increased their endeavors to capture the eight individuals identified as wanted by the Defence Headquarters for their alleged involvement in the murder, this action reflects a heightened level of attention to this matter.
The Director of Defence Media Operations, Major General Buba Edward, assured that the military is fully committed to apprehending all individuals who have been declared wanted.
“We will do whatever it takes to get these people, even if it means we place a bounty on them, we will do that,” he said.
