Unconfirmed reports reaching us says the head of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, Justice Haruna Tsamani and his colleagues have agreed to deliver judgement on the Presidential election petition 24hrs before the expiration of the constitutionally mandated 180 days.
The deadline for judgement on the presidential tribunal is September 17th and report says Justice Tsamani and colleagues will deliver judgement on September 16th.
The case on election outcome is between the President Bola Tinubu of the APC, former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi of Labour Party, the results read by INEC confirms President Bola Tinubu as the authentic winner of the presidential election
